Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 11, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how SNAP Sustainable Food Products (“SNAP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information submitted through https://www.mysnapproducts.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
The Site's contact form is the only mechanism through which we knowingly collect personal information. When you submit an inquiry, we collect:
- Full name
- Organization / company name (optional)
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Inquiry type (e.g. wholesale/retail partner, investor, government, nonprofit)
- Message content
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this Site, and we do not currently operate a visible CAPTCHA. The contact form includes automated, non-personal anti-spam measures (a hidden field bots tend to auto-fill, and a short-lived rate limit keyed to IP address) intended to reduce automated submissions; any IP address processed for this purpose is used transiently and is not linked to your identity or stored in a database.
How We Use Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential partnership, wholesale, investment, or nonprofit/government relationships, and maintain records of business communications. We do not use contact form submissions for advertising or marketing unrelated to your inquiry.
How Information Is Shared
Contact form submissions are transmitted using Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph) and this Site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process information as part of delivering and hosting the Site and are not authorized to use your information for their own purposes. If we enable an automated bot-verification service (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) in the future, that provider would process limited technical information (e.g. IP address) solely to verify that a submission is human. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
The Site does not store contact form submissions in a database. Submitted information is transmitted by email and retained in accordance with SNAP's internal email retention practices. Rate-limiting data used for spam prevention is held only in server memory and clears automatically; it is not persisted to disk.
Your Choices
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted to us, please contact us using the Site's contact form and indicate that you are making a privacy request. We will respond within a reasonable time. We do not sell personal information and do not currently offer a “do not sell” mechanism because none is applicable.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and authenticated, permissioned email delivery. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
