Frank Rosso
Founder & Director, SNAP
Frank is the founder of Empire Diversified Energy, Inc. He has secured more than $130 million in financing for sustainable infrastructure, including the Port of West Virginia and an emissions-free pyrolysis recycling facility. He has been a leader in the energy space for over three decades across South America and Appalachia, after spending his early years, from 1986 to 1999, on Wall Street with firms such as Gruntal & Co. and Dean Witter Reynolds.

William H. Moss
Founder & Director, SNAP
Bill has designed, built, and operated sustainable food and feed processing plants on three continents since 2000, converting unsold and unused food into dry pellets and powder for feed and food ingredients. He holds a BS, MS, and Executive MBA in chemical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, where he was also an adjunct professor, and is the inventor on 25 patents.

Founder & Director, SNAP
Tony brings more than five decades in investment banking, private placements, and venture funding for early-stage companies. He founded Morgenthau & Associates in 1972 and became a primary investor in SNAP's predecessor processing technology. He also serves as President of the General Partner for ARM Holdings, LP.
